‘Who threw the chicken nugget?’
Asks Harry Styles from the stage. ‘There’s another nugget’ he says. Then he shares that, like a growing number of people, he’s plant-based in his food choices.
Come on people – he looks AMAZING…
Plant-based lifestyle is going in one direction (or maybe two strictly speaking.)
Upwards and onwards.

A world first. Yes, really. The world’s very first Scalp Cooling Summit was held recently and our friend Shirley Ledlie hosted the introduction to the keynote discussion.
Shirley has a powerful story to tell. As one who’s been treated for breast cancer with chemotherapy drugs this one is way too close to home. As Shirley says: ‘Hair always grows back is misinformation! Call it out.’
She is – here’s her powerful intro, that tugged at my heart strings. Her non-profit is A Head of Our Time. Link here.
This fab site joined ours this week after a recommendation from Rosemary Martin, aka Rosemary Nutrition. Cooked their creamy pasta pomodoro for lunch. Double batch. ie It became the girls’ supper when they stumbled in the door at 6pm with a predictable ‘I’m starving’. A hit. No pic – we ate it…
Progress. Small steps. Our mental health has taken and still is taking a bashing. Hop onto our Healthy Mind resource for some sage advice, as above.

His work features across site already: Be it his Zoe podcast, or his Spoon-Fed book.
‘Food for Life empowers us to make our own food choices based on a deeper understanding of the true benefits and harms that come from our daily transactions with the foods around us.’ Penguin Books, publisher
This one’s available for pre-order now.
That Pesky Vegan strikes again.
Yet another success from his website.
This one was batch cooked too, didn’t last long though…
Vegan black bean curry.
Bit of a ‘what have I got in the freezer? day. Knew that vast amount of black beans that I cooked in the slow cooker would come in useful…
Pt2 ready for the fridge. Not that it stayed in there long.
My PLANTED FROM SEED rocket/arugula.
Capital letters required – the first time I’ve ever kept seed pods from a previous year’s crop and grown them.
Satisfaction level very high! Honestly, if I can, anyone can.
