Not much is more personal, individual and unique than our own mental health; here are different sites, with different strategies. I hope you find what works for YOU.

Sophie Sabbage: This lady not only lived, but thrived through a terminal cancer diagnosis for many years. She died in October 2021, outliving her prognosis ten fold. She touched me deeply and continues to affect me powerfully.
