The UK’s 1939 Cancer Act forbids any ‘cures’ being promoted other than chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery, same with the Standard of Care in the US, but… there are certainly many other steps you can take to help make your body inhospitable to those rapidly reproducing cells.
