The Asian Unicorn, or Saola really is the rarest of beasts. Not seen since 2013, it’s habitat in Vietnam has recently been made into a nature reserve which is great news in the bid to save them from extinction. Health data shows plant protein is more beneficial than animal protein. Many of the healthiest and longest living populations eat a high carb diet, not a keto one. He recommends we ‘follow the science.’ So do we.

My story is here (scroll down to ‘Breast Cancer – Denise).
