The debate is fierce. This Stanford University professor compares The Keto Diet and The Mediterranean Diet.
There’s good, bad and ugly to be found. Anytime I hear the word diet I flinch. Diet means restriction and cutting out an entire food group can’t be good long term, can it? Let’s move on from the restrictive nature of a ‘diet’ and focus on which one is a better long-term lifestyle choice. That’s where our power lies.
The Zoe podcast joins our site this week – one of their founders Tim Spector is already there.
‘Children in high-fluoride areas had significantly lower IQ scores than those who lived in low-fluoride areas’ concludes a National Library of Medicine article. What???
Fluoride is a neurotoxin that we have been told we need to strengthen our teeth with for so many years. True?

Her tipping point was when she was prescribed a chemotherapy drug, with its potentially catastrophic side effects. She said no, and finally took matters into her own hands, and healed. Her inspiring story can be found on our site too – and her first book is currently on offer on Kindle Uk and Fr at 99p for the rest of August. Picked that one up for a song!

Early morning walk last week, as the family slept on. Always a treat to be by the ocean – feeling refreshed, recharged and ready for this new season. Healthy body, healthy mind.
