Every year. From this one, 26 storey building.
This is the world’s biggest, single-building pig farm and it’s just opened in China.
What are we doing?
The book section of our sustainability resource will show you clearly and unequivocally the dangers and consequences of such an enterprise.
This is Jane, whose Hello Beautiful Foundation joined our Cancer resource this week.
‘At the age of 35, she noticed a lump in her left breast whilst in the shower. A week later she was diagnosed with Oestrogen Positive Invasive Breast Cancer. She knew in the first week of her diagnosis she wanted to set up a Charity to help other young people learn about health, healing and make Cancer a more approachable talked about subject. She began alternative therapies and self-healing exercises which allowed her to live in a NonToxic way she had never given much thought to in the past.’
It’s a beautiful site, befitting it’s name – saying a lot of the same things as we do at Double-zero.
Whether you’re watching the tournament or not it’s hard to ignore the black-and-white round ball right now.
Here are Lionel Messi, Gareth Bale, Serge Gnabry – we’re not messing around here – these guys are the best of the best – and yes, they follow plant-based diets.
Sportsmen can’t get protein on a plant-based diet? Can we just put that old chestnut (no pun intended) to bed right now?
Below is Belgium/Manchester City’s Kevin de Bruyne’s fave vegan recipe a spinach and ricotta cannelloni.
You’re welcome.

Late to the party on this one. Rosie Made a Thing have been making people smile since they started their company in 2015.
They’ve been a well-deserved success and now supply many stores in the UK, including John Lewis, Scribbler, Fenwick and Fortnum & Mason, as well as exporting their humour around the world.
All their cards are printed in the UK and they focus on sourcing sustainable materials, manufacturing locally and using eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging wherever possible.
‘We care very much about our wonderful planet and believe that we are all responsible for looking after it. We are constantly looking to learn, adapt and improve our environmental impact in any way we can.’
They work with a variety of UK-based businesses, from luxury board that’s made in a paper mill in the Lake District, to local printers and a family-run fulfilment centre, who pack each of their wholesale orders by hand.
In 2022 they made their biggest change yet: to help reduce the amount of single-use plastic. Their cards were wrapped in cellophane pouches made from polypropylene. Despite being recyclable, they realised that that the majority of all film ends up in landfill and they didn’t want to be a part in this.
So they ‘went naked’ using the InFold Card Corner, which is made of paper and holds the card and envelope together using a plastic-free peel-able label. They estimate that this will save the use of 2 million individual plastic bags a year.
Their cards are 100% recyclable. ‘Recycle me’ is a message you’ll see on the card back.
Rosie – you made a great thing!
We’ve been following Dr Leong for several years now. She posts regularly on Twitter (154k of them since she joined the platform in 2011), several of which we have shared on our Twitter page

Our current read (thank you Karma for the recommendation of this self-published book).
Picked it up for £2.53 on Kindle UK (it’s currently 2,89 euro on Kindle FR and $2,99 on Kindle US). If you want to have a look at her work first there is a stash of free stuff (as she calls it) available via her website
Her description of her book on her Facebook page today:
‘This book is a bridge between communities, Scientists, Farmers, Intermittent Fasters, Pee drinkers, Cancer survivors, Wellness pros, Biohackers, Psychedelic shamans, and Yoga students.
What a book. It took me deep into the past, far into the future.’
Let you know how we get on, looking as if it may be added to the site soon.
Many published research papers linked to this article from the MCS Foundation showing the efficacy of Ivermectin in breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, brain cancer, renal cancer, leukemia, AML and hepatocellular carcinoma.
Perhaps it’s a bit more than the ‘horse de-wormer’ that mains stream media labelled it over the past couple of years.
Here is The Science.

If you’re reading this in the Maldives we’re officially jealous. Another country to add to the site’s reach.
Technology – wow.
