The World’s Sexiest Man?

Meet David Gandy. 42 year old model.
Whether you think he is, or not, he’s in fab shape. So what’s his ethos on nutrition?
“The only thing I really stay away from is processed foods, like white pasta, white bread, anything packaged,” he says. He remembers his grandparents in the East End, making sandwiches — “thick layers of butter and dripping on doorstop bread. They were never fat because the food was real. Not full of preservatives.”
Not seeing a lot of fat on him either… So what’s his diet?
“If you are training enough and you are active enough then you shouldn’t have to worry about calories,” he says. He has to eat about 3,500 calories a day or he drops weight. “Getting the right amount of protein is critical.” But he isn’t a low-carb fan. “You’re not going to gain anything just eating protein either. You need fats and carbs as well.”
Bright guy – that’s sexy.

Please remove it Amazon – before anyone else gets scammed!
Our link above takes you directly to Mark’s site for the new book, featuring an explanatory video and a stack of free bonus material too – a much better option.

We feature a wealth of scientific research on our site, extolling the benefits of CBD oil in the treatment of many diseases/ailments, notably cancer.
The same Instagram account (which has a following of 2.3M) also shared this week that the French government have banned – sorry for the shocking nature of this – the grinding up of male chicks, as of 1 January 2023.
There is now a system where they can sex the chicks earlier.
The thought that male chicks were killed hours after birth, as they were of no use as egg layers, is horrendous….
Very busy, but very interesting and important graphic from cardiologist Dr J Kahn was shared on his social media accounts this week.
Many people have inflamed acidic bodies, focusing on alkaline foods can help get us back to a healthy state. You can easily check your own body’s ph level with a litmus test kit.

Soy, flax, chia, mushrooms, celery and parsley are all recommended as natural oestrogen blockers – worth knowing if you, or someone you know has been given Tamoxifen following breast cancer.
Here‘s some published medical research showing the increased risks.
James Clear’s bestseller Atomic Habits, is on our site, worth a look Mr Sunak?
The very beautiful Tossa de Mar, Costa Brava, Spain on Boxing Day. We left those footprints in the sand as we headed for a stunning tapas lunch and a glass of vino tinto (good for our health red wine, all that resveratrol…). The sunshine too, vitamin D in abundance.
Shira Gill joined our site this week. Minimalism and sustainability are her thing. We love her book Minimalista, it’s lends itself to being a coffee-table book, but is so much more.
