This was the result of me happily singing along to George Michael and Queen Live in the sunshine last weekend.

Oops.  Grateful to good friends and a knight in shining armour (with a whacking great 4×4 and a tow bar).  No harm done! (Apart from my driving reputation).


Vegan Carrot cake Forks over Knives Double-zero Recipes

Made this beaut yesterday.  Doesn’t look ‘quite’ like the pic on the recipe but it soon disappeared over coffee this morning with some girlfriends… No added sugar, no flour, no eggs.  I’ve been missing a good old carrot cake – no more; this vegan one more than ‘ticks the box’!
