Ed Winters explores topics surrounding veganism, morality, ethics, communication, and the environment, as well as discussing current events. He has spoken at over 1/3 of UK universities and at 6 Ivy league colleges, including as a guest lecturer at Harvard University. There are 1000’s of vegan recipes to choose from on our site.

We’ve also been busy adding peer-reviewed medical research papers to each of the Health Conditions sections on the site this week.
As I’m re-listening to the podcast above I’m reflecting on the many research papers we’ve added to the cancer section of the site – cannabis, the results are there in black and white.
I’m such a creature of habit, turning regularly to the site for recipes and checking out The First Mess often. Here’s ‘another’ of Laura’s easy to prepare offerings: Mushroom risotto (with tofu sausages added for the teen in the room).
To close, here’s my current view. From left to right: My bible, a salt lamp, pens (never have too many pens…) my trusty Mac, birthday flowers from a dear friend and juice (always juice: today’s is apple, lemon, cucumber, turmeric, ginger, filtered water, a touch of black pepper and flaxseed oil).
